Terms and Agreement
1. Nature of Booking Requests
All submissions made through this website are considered booking requests only.
A booking request will not be declined without a valid reason.
If a valid reason exists, the administrator may decline the request and provide an explanation when applicable.
If down payment has been already made and the booking is declined due to valid or legal conditions, the guest may be contacted regarding refund instructions or may be required to resubmit a new booking form with more accurate or valid information.
2. Approval and Finality of Booking
Once a booking request is marked as APPROVED, all booking details are final.
Changes after approval are subject to the administrative discretion and availability.
3. Payment Policy (Down Payment Only)
The system does not process payments directly.
Guests must submit valid proof of down payment as part of the booking process.
Only down payment is required to secure a booking.
Any excess payment is at the guest's own risk.
The system and management are not liable for losses resulting from full payment made in advance.
Payments sent to an incorrect number or account are the sole responsibility of the guest.
The system is not responsible for payment errors made by the guest.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation is allowed at any time, subject to the administrative availability and review.
Refunds may only be considered if the cancellation request is received and reviewed by the administrator at least two (2) working days before the check-in date.
Requests reviewed during weekends, holidays, or admin unavailability may be processed on the next business day and treated as late if within two (2) days.
Late or unreasonable cancellations result in forfeiture and non-refundable down payment.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend on the approved check-in date may forfeit the booking, subject to administrative decision.
Down payment is non-refundable in all no-show cases.
6. Email Notifications
Providing an email address is optional.
Booking status updates may or may not be sent via email depending on the information provided and system conditions.
The system and IT support do not guarantee email delivery or record availability, as system-generated or system-involved emails may not be accessible due to technical issues, deactivated accounts, or data loss.
7. Data Accuracy and Public Visibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and truthful.
Some booking-related information may be displayed on the website (e.g., availability page) for customer reference and booking transparency.
8. Rules, Regulations, and Compliance
Failure to follow the established rules and regulations may or may not result in booking forfeiture, depending on the severity of the violation and administrative judgement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Joance Booking System shall not be held liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from:
I. Guest payment mistakes.
II. Overpayment beyond the required down payment.
III. Incorrect payment destinations.
IV. Email delivery or record issues.
V. Guest non-compliance with the policies.
10. Administrative Authority
All decisions made by the administrator regarding booking approval, cancellation, forfeiture, and exceptions are final.
